Title: Apprentice HVAC Technician About the Role: Great opportunity for an Apprentice HVAC Technician with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow their career in commercial HVAC. This position offers hands-on training, career advancement, and exposure to a wide range of HVAC systems while working alongside experienced technicians. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime. Support servicing RTUs, VAVs, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems. Perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance under supervision. Assist in troubleshooting low-voltage controls and electrical components. Learn and follow safety procedures and company standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Requirements 1-2 years of commercial HVAC experience Familiarity with boilers, chillers, RTUs, and HVAC controls  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
